1. Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions below apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the Website and any services offered by the Company including tour packages, bookings, custom itineraries, advisory, and related travel services.

- “Booking” means any confirmed purchase or reservation made through the Service.

3. Scope of Services
We act as an intermediary to arrange travel-related services. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the principal supplier of hotels, transportation, tours, or other third-party services. The Company will use reasonable efforts to make arrangements as requested but does not guarantee the performance of third-party suppliers.
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payment
- 4.1 Reservation: A booking is confirmed only after payment of applicable fees as specified at the time of booking and after you receive a confirmation from us.
- 4.2 Pricing: All prices shown are in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to availability, supplier price changes, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations until booking confirmation.
- 4.3 Payment: We accept payments via the methods detailed on our Website. By paying, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the chosen payment instrument for the booking amount and any applicable taxes, fees or charges.
- 4.4 Taxes & Fees: The price may exclude local taxes, entrance fees, tips, or optional extras. These are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds
- 5.1 Customer Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by package and supplier. Cancellation charges (if any) will apply as per the supplier’s or Company’s stated policy at the time of booking.
- 5.2 Amendments: Any change to confirmed bookings may incur amendment fees and supplier charges. We will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
- 5.3 Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after receiving cleared funds from suppliers and payment processors. Processing time may vary.
6. Travel Documents & Your Obligations
- 6.1 Accuracy: You must provide accurate details (name, passport, contact info, travel dates). The Company is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
- 6.2 Documents & Permits: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, visas, permits, vaccinations and complying with customs, immigration or other regulations.
- 6.3 Health & Safety: You should ensure you are medically fit to travel and advise us of any medical conditions which may affect your travel. The Company is not a medical advisor.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
Our role is to arrange services provided by third parties. Each third-party supplier has its own terms, conditions and liability. We will provide details of applicable supplier terms whenever possible. The Company is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, breaches or negligence of such suppliers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from or related to the Service, bookings, cancellations or use of third-party services.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific booking that gives rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, liability, expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or negligent or wrongful conduct.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software) is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. User Content & Behaviour
If you submit reviews, photographs, or other content ("User Content") to the Website, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content for promotional and other lawful business purposes. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
