Dreams Yatri (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Dreams Yatri”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) acts as a travel service provider, facilitator, aggregator, and technology platform offering various travel-related services including holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, transport arrangements, visa assistance services, sightseeing activities, travel experiences, and other related services through its website, mobile platforms, customer support channels, social media platforms, offices, and other communication channels (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer along with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and other policies published by Dreams Yatri.
The information, content, pricing, travel details, itineraries, hotel descriptions, destination information, photographs, videos, package inclusions, airline schedules, transport details, weather information, travel recommendations, promotional materials, and other content displayed on the Platform are provided for general informational and commercial purposes only.
While Dreams Yatri makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the information available on the Platform, Dreams Yatri does not guarantee that all information shall always remain accurate, updated, error-free, complete, or suitable for every user or travel situation.
Users acknowledge that travel-related information including pricing, availability, airline schedules, visa rules, hotel details, government regulations, taxation structures, weather conditions, travel advisories, destination policies, and operational conditions may change frequently without prior notice.
Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, outdated information, technical errors, or interruptions appearing on the Platform.
Dreams Yatri acts as an intermediary and facilitator between users and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, destination management companies, tour operators, activity providers, insurance companies, and other travel vendors.
Certain services available through the Platform are provided directly by such third-party suppliers who may operate independently and may have their own terms, conditions, policies, operational standards, and legal obligations.
Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for:
Users acknowledge that Dreams Yatri does not directly control the operations, management, policies, safety standards, or service quality of third-party suppliers.
Travel activities inherently involve risks including but not limited to delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, accidents, political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, health emergencies, government restrictions, airline operational issues, transportation disruptions, local law enforcement actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with domestic and international travel and are advised to independently assess travel advisories, weather conditions, health guidelines, visa requirements, local regulations, and destination-specific risks before undertaking any journey.
Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, accident, death, inconvenience, financial loss, emotional distress, or damages arising directly or indirectly from travel activities or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Dreams Yatri may provide visa assistance services solely as a facilitator for documentation and application support purposes.
Dreams Yatri does not guarantee:
Visa approvals and immigration decisions remain solely under the authority and discretion of the respective embassies, consulates, immigration departments, airlines, border authorities, and government agencies.
Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for visa rejections, delayed approvals, denied boarding, deportation, immigration restrictions, incomplete documentation, missed travel plans, or losses resulting from government decisions or embassy policies.
All prices, fares, tariffs, package costs, hotel rates, airline prices, transport charges, taxes, convenience fees, and promotional offers displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.
Travel prices are dynamic in nature and may fluctuate due to supplier revisions, airline pricing updates, hotel tariff changes, currency fluctuations, taxation changes, demand conditions, availability status, seasonal pricing, technical issues, or operational requirements.
Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise pricing, correct errors, modify quotations, or cancel bookings in cases involving pricing discrepancies, technical glitches, incorrect fare displays, supplier revisions, or operational limitations.
Dreams Yatri does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous operation of the Platform at all times.
The Platform may occasionally experience:
Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for losses, delays, failed transactions, data interruptions, unauthorized access, or damages arising due to technical issues beyond reasonable control.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment gateways, partner websites, advertisements, supplier pages, or external digital services.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for losses arising due to negligence, non-compliance, incorrect information provided by users, missed departures, documentation issues, or failure to follow travel guidelines.
Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, interruption, modification, or inability to perform obligations arising due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, airline shutdowns, strikes, weather conditions, technical failures, acts of God, or operational disruptions.
In such circumstances, refunds, modifications, cancellations, or compensations shall be subject solely to the policies and approvals of the respective suppliers, airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies, or government authorities involved.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, financial, or emotional damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or travel services offered through Dreams Yatri.
In all circumstances, the total liability of Dreams Yatri, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.
Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
Users are advised to periodically review this Disclaimer for updates or changes.
Continued usage of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
