Dreams Yatri (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Dreams Yatri”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides travel-related services including holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, transport arrangements, visa assistance services, sightseeing activities, travel experiences, and other related services through its website, future mobile applications, social media platforms, customer support systems, CRM systems, call centers, offices, and other communication channels (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the access, browsing, usage, bookings, transactions, inquiries, and all interactions conducted through the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, the user expressly acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and all other policies published by Dreams Yatri on the Platform.

If any user does not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, such user is advised not to access or use the Platform or any services offered by Dreams Yatri.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, wherever the context so requires, the terms “you”, “your”, “traveler”, “customer”, or “user” shall mean any individual accessing or using the services provided by Dreams Yatri, and the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” shall mean Dreams Yatri (OPC) Private Limited.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Dreams Yatri and shall apply to all bookings, transactions, inquiries, communications, and usage of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, the user represents and warrants that he or she is legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws of India and is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Any usage of the Platform by a minor shall be deemed to have been carried out under the supervision, knowledge, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Dreams Yatri reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, cancel bookings, or deny services if it is discovered that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements specified herein.

Dreams Yatri acts as a travel service provider, facilitator, technology platform, and intermediary connecting users with various third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, destination management companies, travel operators, and other service providers.

Users acknowledge that certain services available on the Platform are provided directly by third-party suppliers who may have separate terms, conditions, policies, and operational rules applicable to the services booked through Dreams Yatri.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any deficiencies, delays, interruptions, service failures, inaccuracies, acts, omissions, negligence, breaches, or operational issues caused directly or indirectly by such third-party suppliers.

Users agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information while accessing the Platform, making bookings, submitting inquiries, or communicating with Dreams Yatri.

The user shall be solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of names, dates of birth, passport details, visa information, travel dates, contact details, nationality details, and all other information submitted during the booking process.

Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for booking failures, denied boardings, visa rejections, cancellations, additional charges, or losses arising due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the user.

Users further agree not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent bookings, false inquiries, unauthorized access, illegal activities, spamming, hacking attempts, misuse of promotional offers, or any activities that may harm the interests, operations, reputation, or security of Dreams Yatri.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, suspicious transactions, policy violations, or unlawful activities.

All bookings made through Dreams Yatri shall be subject to availability, supplier confirmation, successful payment realization, operational feasibility, and applicable government regulations.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher, booking ID, travel confirmation, ticket, or written communication by Dreams Yatri.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to refuse, modify, cancel, reschedule, or reject any booking in situations including but not limited to technical errors, pricing discrepancies, supplier unavailability, operational limitations, suspected fraudulent transactions, force majeure events, government restrictions, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Users are advised to carefully review all booking details, package inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules, travel dates, hotel categories, transport details, and itinerary information before proceeding with payments.

The prices displayed on the Platform are dynamic in nature and may change at any time without prior notice depending upon supplier revisions, airline fare changes, hotel tariff changes, availability fluctuations, currency fluctuations, taxation updates, promotional campaigns, demand conditions, or technical adjustments.

Dreams Yatri shall make reasonable efforts to maintain pricing accuracy; however, in the event of any technical, human, or pricing error, Dreams Yatri reserves the right to cancel or revise the affected booking and inform the user accordingly.

Payments for bookings and services may be accepted through authorized payment gateways, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, bank transfers, EMI options, or other approved payment methods.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for transaction failures, payment gateway errors, banking issues, unauthorized transactions, delays, interruptions, technical failures, or losses caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Any applicable convenience fees, gateway charges, forex conversion charges, taxes, service charges, processing charges, or additional supplier charges shall be borne by the user.

All cancellations, modifications, refunds, rescheduling requests, and amendments shall be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy of Dreams Yatri along with the applicable policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, destination management companies, and other suppliers.

Users understand and acknowledge that certain bookings, promotional offers, discounted packages, convenience fees, visa fees, processing charges, and special fares may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending upon supplier policies and operational conditions.

Refund timelines may vary depending upon supplier processing timelines, banking procedures, payment methods, international processing delays, or operational circumstances.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to deduct applicable cancellation charges, operational expenses, service fees, taxes, gateway charges, and supplier deductions while processing refunds.

Users shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, travel permits, vaccination certificates, identity documents, insurance documents, and all mandatory travel documentation required for domestic or international travel.

Dreams Yatri may provide visa assistance services; however, Dreams Yatri does not guarantee visa approvals, immigration clearances, embassy permissions, or border entry approvals.

Visa approvals remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassies, consulates, immigration departments, or government authorities.

Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for visa rejections, delayed approvals, denied boardings, deportation, immigration restrictions, or losses arising due to incomplete documentation or government decisions.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, or emotional damages arising out of or connected with the use of the Platform or services offered by Dreams Yatri.

Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for flight delays, airline cancellations, hotel service deficiencies, overbookings, transport breakdowns, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, acts of God, supplier failures, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Dreams Yatri, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.

All logos, trademarks, branding materials, website content, travel content, package descriptions, graphics, software, videos, photographs, designs, and marketing materials available on the Platform shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dreams Yatri unless otherwise stated.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, copy, publish, modify, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from Dreams Yatri.

Any reviews, testimonials, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, feedback, or travel experiences voluntarily submitted by users through the Platform or social media channels may be used by Dreams Yatri for branding, promotional, operational, advertising, or commercial purposes without additional notice or compensation.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to remove, modify, reject, or restrict any user-generated content deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, bookings, services, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Users are advised to review these Terms periodically for updates.
