Personal Information may include, but shall not be limited to, name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, phone number, residential address, billing information, emergency contact details, and other identity-related information voluntarily submitted by the user while registering, making bookings, submitting inquiries, or interacting with the Platform.

For the purpose of processing domestic or international travel bookings, Dreams Yatri may also collect additional travel-related information including passport details, visa information, PAN information, Aadhaar details where legally required, travel itineraries, hotel preferences, transport preferences, meal preferences, travel insurance information, and other details required by service providers or government authorities.

Dreams Yatri may collect payment-related information including billing details, transaction information, payment methods, wallet details, UPI information, and other transaction-related data necessary for processing payments. However, Dreams Yatri does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials on its own servers. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

Dreams Yatri may automatically collect technical and device-related information including IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device information, geographic location, browsing behavior, referral sources, session information, clickstream data, and usage analytics for improving user experience, website performance, marketing effectiveness, and fraud prevention.
