Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs all payments, transactions, billing procedures, pricing structures, payment processing methods, and financial transactions conducted through Dreams Yatri (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Dreams Yatri”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Policy shall apply to all travel-related services including but not limited to holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, transport arrangements, visa assistance services, sightseeing activities, travel experiences, and all other services offered through the Dreams Yatri website, future mobile applications, customer support channels, CRM systems, social media platforms, offices, or any other authorized booking or communication channels.

By making any payment or transaction through Dreams Yatri, the user acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and all other applicable policies published on the Platform.

Dreams Yatri may accept payments through various authorized payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfers, wallets, EMI options, international payment methods, payment gateway systems, and other approved digital or offline payment mechanisms.

All payments shall be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, or payment service providers. Users acknowledge that Dreams Yatri does not directly store complete debit card, credit card, CVV, PIN, banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to add, remove, restrict, suspend, or modify any payment method at its sole discretion without prior notice.

A booking, reservation, or travel service request shall be considered confirmed only after:

• successful receipt of payment,
• realization of funds,
• successful transaction authorization,
• supplier confirmation,
• issuance of booking confirmation or voucher by Dreams Yatri.

Users acknowledge that mere payment initiation or transaction deduction from a bank account does not automatically guarantee booking confirmation.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reject, or modify bookings in cases involving:

• unsuccessful transactions,
• payment gateway failures,
• supplier unavailability,
• pricing errors,
• technical issues,
• suspected fraudulent activity,
• operational limitations,
• force majeure situations.

All prices displayed on the Platform are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice depending upon airline fare revisions, hotel tariff changes, supplier pricing updates, currency fluctuations, taxation changes, demand conditions, promotional campaigns, operational requirements, or technical adjustments.

Dreams Yatri shall make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in cases involving pricing discrepancies, technical glitches, incorrect fare displays, human errors, or supplier revisions, Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise pricing or cancel the affected booking after notifying the user.

Users acknowledge that travel prices may fluctuate rapidly, especially in the case of flight bookings, hotel reservations, international packages, seasonal travel, and high-demand periods.

By making payments through the Platform, users authorize Dreams Yatri and its authorized payment processing partners to charge the applicable booking amount, taxes, service fees, convenience charges, gateway charges, forex conversion fees, and any other applicable charges related to the selected services.

Users further confirm that they are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment details submitted are valid, accurate, and lawfully owned or operated by them.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to request additional verification documents, identity proofs, authorization confirmations, or payment validations in cases involving high-value transactions, suspicious activity, international transactions, or fraud prevention procedures.

In cases where payment amounts are deducted from the user’s bank account but the booking remains unconfirmed due to technical failures, payment gateway interruptions, banking delays, network issues, supplier errors, or transaction failures, the deducted amount may either:

• be automatically reversed by the bank/payment gateway, or
• be refunded after reconciliation procedures.

Refund timelines for failed transactions may vary depending upon banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, card issuers, or payment processors.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for delays caused by external banking systems, payment service providers, technical disruptions, or settlement procedures beyond reasonable control.

For certain holiday packages, customized itineraries, luxury travel arrangements, group tours, honeymoon packages, or special bookings, Dreams Yatri may allow partial payments, advance deposits, milestone payments, or installment-based payment structures.

In such cases, the user agrees to complete the remaining payment within the timelines communicated by Dreams Yatri. Failure to complete pending payments within the prescribed deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of advance amounts already paid.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise payment schedules, deny installment requests, or cancel bookings in cases involving delayed payments, operational limitations, or supplier restrictions.

Dreams Yatri may levy convenience fees, processing charges, service fees, gateway charges, operational charges, forex conversion charges, taxes, supplier surcharges, or other applicable charges depending upon the nature of the booking or payment method selected.

Such charges may be non-refundable irrespective of booking cancellation, modification, partial utilization, or transaction disputes unless otherwise specified.

Users are advised to review the final payable amount carefully before proceeding with payment.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to refuse, suspend, investigate, or cancel transactions suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, suspicious, or in violation of applicable laws or company policies.

For fraud prevention purposes, Dreams Yatri may conduct verification checks, payment validations, identity confirmations, transaction monitoring, device tracking, IP analysis, or communication verification procedures.

Dreams Yatri may also share transaction-related information with banks, payment gateways, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, fraud prevention agencies, or financial institutions whenever required for investigation, compliance, or legal purposes.

For international travel bookings or payments involving foreign currencies, users acknowledge that:

• exchange rates may fluctuate,
• forex conversion charges may apply,
• international banking fees may be charged,
• settlement timelines may vary,
• cross-border transaction regulations may apply.

Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for losses arising due to currency fluctuations, international banking delays, forex conversion differences, intermediary bank charges, or international transaction restrictions imposed by financial institutions or governments.

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests without first contacting Dreams Yatri for resolution.

In cases involving fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of payment dispute mechanisms, false claims, unauthorized reversal attempts, or policy violations, Dreams Yatri reserves the right to:

• suspend user accounts,
• deny future bookings,
• recover outstanding dues,
• initiate legal proceedings,
• report fraudulent activity to banks or authorities.

Dreams Yatri further reserves the right to submit booking records, communication records, IP logs, transaction details, invoices, travel confirmations, and supporting evidence to financial institutions or dispute resolution authorities for defending disputed transactions.

All applicable taxes including GST, TCS, international taxes, tourism levies, airport charges, government taxes, supplier taxes, or statutory charges shall be payable by the user in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Tax amounts may vary depending upon destination, booking type, travel category, supplier rules, and government notifications.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise pricing in cases involving changes in tax structures, statutory levies, or regulatory requirements.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for losses, damages, failed transactions, payment interruptions, banking failures, unauthorized usage of payment methods, technical disruptions, delayed settlements, or financial losses caused directly or indirectly by third-party payment processors, banks, financial institutions, internet failures, cyber incidents, or operational disruptions beyond reasonable control.

Users acknowledge that electronic payment systems involve inherent risks, and Dreams Yatri shall not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free payment processing services at all times.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.

Users are advised to periodically review this Policy before making any payment or transaction through the Platform.

Continued usage of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
