Package Booking Policy

This Package Booking Policy governs the booking, confirmation, inclusions, exclusions, modifications, operational procedures, traveler responsibilities, cancellation conditions, and service-related terms applicable to all domestic and international holiday packages offered by Dreams Yatri (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Dreams Yatri”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Policy applies to all holiday packages, honeymoon packages, family tours, group departures, customized itineraries, luxury vacations, fixed departures, international tours, domestic tours, transport-inclusive packages, hotel-inclusive packages, and all related travel services booked through the Dreams Yatri website, mobile platforms, social media channels, customer support systems, CRM systems, offices, or any other authorized communication or booking channels operated by Dreams Yatri.

By booking any package through Dreams Yatri, the user acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to this Package Booking Policy along with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other company policies.

All package bookings made through Dreams Yatri shall be subject to availability, operational feasibility, supplier confirmation, payment realization, government regulations, destination restrictions, and applicable third-party supplier policies.

A package booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

• successful payment,
• supplier confirmation,
• operational approval,
• and issuance of booking confirmation or travel voucher by Dreams Yatri.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to refuse, modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings in situations involving pricing discrepancies, supplier unavailability, force majeure events, technical issues, operational limitations, suspected fraudulent activity, government restrictions, or violations of company policies.

Users are advised to carefully review package details, inclusions, exclusions, travel dates, hotel categories, transport arrangements, sightseeing details, meal plans, visa requirements, and cancellation conditions before proceeding with payment.

Package inclusions may vary depending upon the destination, travel category, supplier arrangements, customization level, and selected package type.

Package inclusions may include:

• hotel accommodations,
• airport transfers,
• sightseeing activities,
• transport services,
• meals,
• flight tickets,
• visa assistance,
• cruise tickets,
• entry tickets,
• tour guides,
• travel insurance,
• and other services specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation or itinerary.

Only those services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, voucher, quotation, or booking confirmation shall be treated as included within the package cost.

Any verbal assurances, assumptions, expectations, or unofficial communications not explicitly mentioned in the final confirmed booking documents shall not be considered part of the package.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the confirmed itinerary or booking documents, package prices generally do not include:

• personal expenses,
• porter charges,
• laundry charges,
• telephone expenses,
• room service charges,
• tips and gratuities,
• meals not specified,
• travel insurance,
• visa fees,
• entry tickets,
• adventure activities,
• medical expenses,
• early check-ins,
• late check-outs,
• forex charges,
• government taxes,
• TCS,
• airfare surcharges,
• optional activities,
• and any additional services not specifically included in the booking confirmation.

Users shall be solely responsible for expenses incurred beyond the confirmed package inclusions.

Hotel accommodations provided under holiday packages shall be subject to availability, hotel policies, destination conditions, supplier arrangements, and operational feasibility.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply as per the respective hotel policies unless otherwise specified in writing.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for:

• room category variations,
• hotel overbookings,
• early check-in denials,
• late check-out denials,
• hotel maintenance issues,
• accommodation service deficiencies,
• local restrictions,
• or operational limitations imposed by hotels or accommodation providers.

Hotel star ratings, descriptions, images, amenities, and facilities displayed on the Platform are based on supplier information and may differ from actual conditions.

In circumstances where the originally confirmed hotel becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, Dreams Yatri reserves the right to provide alternate accommodation of similar category or standard subject to operational feasibility.

Transport services including cabs, buses, ferries, cruises, airport transfers, sightseeing vehicles, or local transport arrangements shall be subject to operational conditions, destination regulations, local authority rules, weather conditions, and supplier availability.

Dreams Yatri shall not be responsible for delays, traffic conditions, breakdowns, route diversions, permit restrictions, local strikes, vehicle substitutions, weather disruptions, or transport interruptions beyond reasonable control.

Users are required to report at designated pickup points and timings as communicated in the itinerary or operational instructions. Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for missed transfers, delays caused by late reporting, or no-show situations.

Sightseeing activities, adventure sports, excursions, cruises, theme park visits, entry tickets, guided tours, and other travel experiences included in the package shall be subject to weather conditions, operational availability, local authority permissions, supplier rules, safety regulations, and destination-specific restrictions.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to modify, cancel, substitute, or reschedule sightseeing activities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather disruptions, force majeure situations, or supplier-related issues.

No refunds shall be applicable for missed sightseeing, voluntarily skipped activities, delayed arrivals, no-shows, or activity cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Users shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, identification documents, vaccination certificates, and all mandatory travel documents required for domestic or international travel.

Dreams Yatri may provide visa assistance services as a facilitator; however, visa approvals remain solely under the authority of embassies, consulates, immigration departments, airlines, or government authorities.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for visa rejections, denied boarding, deportation, immigration restrictions, documentation deficiencies, missed departures, or losses arising due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Any requests for modifications, amendments, date changes, destination changes, passenger changes, hotel upgrades, itinerary revisions, or service alterations shall be subject to operational feasibility, supplier approvals, availability, and additional charges.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to deny modification requests in cases where operational limitations, supplier restrictions, promotional conditions, or contractual obligations prevent such changes.

Additional charges arising due to modifications including fare differences, hotel tariff changes, cancellation charges, operational expenses, supplier penalties, or taxes shall be borne solely by the user.

All package cancellations, refund requests, amendments, and rescheduling requests shall be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy of Dreams Yatri along with supplier-specific cancellation rules.

Users acknowledge that certain packages including fixed departures, group tours, promotional offers, honeymoon packages, luxury packages, festive season bookings, and customized itineraries may be non-refundable or subject to high cancellation charges due to advance operational commitments and supplier payments.

No refunds shall be applicable for partially utilized packages, voluntarily skipped services, missed departures, denied boardings, unused hotel stays, or no-show situations after commencement of travel.

Users are expected to:

• comply with local laws and regulations,
• behave responsibly during travel,
• respect hotel and transport rules,
• follow operational instructions,
• maintain punctuality,
• safeguard personal belongings,
• and ensure fitness for travel activities.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for losses, injuries, damages, penalties, or disruptions caused due to user misconduct, negligence, unlawful activities, intoxication, violation of destination rules, or non-compliance with operational instructions.

Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, cancellations, losses, damages, or service disruptions arising due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions, strikes, airline shutdowns, weather conditions, technical failures, war, terrorism, acts of God, or operational disruptions.

In such circumstances, package modifications, cancellations, refunds, or compensations shall remain subject solely to supplier approvals, operational feasibility, and applicable policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, local authorities, or government agencies involved.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dreams Yatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, emotional, or travel-related damages arising out of or connected with package bookings or travel services.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Dreams Yatri, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific package giving rise to the claim.

Dreams Yatri reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify this Package Booking Policy at any time without prior notice.

Users are advised to periodically review this Policy before making bookings through the Platform.

Continued usage of the Platform and booking of services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
